The removed film is smooth and beautiful. The gray plastic is flow rock; the plastic thickness is 0.5mm and is very wear-resistant. 1) High-strength alloy steel serves as the frame structure, ensuring the formwork has sufficient load-bearing capacity and stability to withstand high-intensity working conditions.
2) The PP film acts as the 'coat' of the entire formwork, providing excellent waterproof performance and a smooth touch, which is key to achieving the mirror finish.
3) The middle layer involves a mirror surface laminating process. This step is particularly complex, requiring precise control of parameters such as temperature and pressure to make the film adhere tightly to the board surface, forming a perfect mirror reflection.
During construction, the formwork is fixed to the wall with embedded bolts. After the concrete is poured, care must be taken when removing the formwork to avoid damaging the already-formed surface.
